As a leader in a digital marketing firm, I need the best laptops out there. Dell has been one of the most reliable laptop brands, and I decided to invest in their latest addition. The Dell Inspiron 3501 came out a few months ago, which is how long I have had it.
My old laptop gave up around the same time, and this was the perfect opportunity to invest in a new one. Now that I have had the laptop for a while, here are my two cents on it.
Dell Inspiron 3501 is a good laptop because of it’s spec and affordability. Its Intel Core i5 processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics, fast 16GB RAM and 256 SSD storage is what make it better than its competition and is considered as one of the best bang for your buck laptop.
What I love about Dell Inspiron 3501
I love the features that this laptop has to offer. Some of the top ones I like include:
11th Gen Intel Core i5
The processor that Dell Inspiron 3501 uses is the 11th Gen Intel Core i5. Because of this, the laptop is super speedy and can get everything done in seconds. It is the latest and best of the processors, which is why I love everything it has to offer.
The performance is exceptional, and I can quickly get all my work done in no time. The battery life is also excellent, and it was a big step up from my previous laptop.
Intel Iris Xe Graphics
One thing I notice in all laptops is the graphics they offer on the screen. I am a visual person, which is why it is a make-or-break factor for me. Thankfully, the Dell 3501 uses the Intel Iris Xe graphics for its display.
The colors are vibrant, and everything on the screen feels as if it has come to life. My presentations have become a breeze with the fantastic graphics.
16GB RAM And 256GB Hard Drive
As an executive in an agency, I need to store many files and documents on my laptop. That is why memory and storage are one of the top deciding factors. Dell 3501 offers a 16GB RAM and 256GB hard drive, which allows a smooth running of the applications on my laptop.
Besides that, I can store many files and documents without worrying about space. The data transfer is also hassle-free, and my laptop never gets slow. It is one of the best qualities of the Dell 3501.
What I Don’t like (But Not a Dealbreaker)
Of course, not everything is perfect. There are some drawbacks to the Dell 3501 too, but they are not deal-breakers. You can still get a lot of use out of the laptop for a long time to come.
One of my friends loves gaming, and he borrowed my laptop to test how fast and efficient it can be done on the Dell 3501. The laptop is not ideal for heavy-duty gaming as it will lag a bit. So, if you are a gamer, the laptop might not offer you what you need.
The price point of the Dell3501 is also above $700. If you are on a tight budget and need a more affordable laptop solution, the 3501 might not be for you. However, for everything it offers, the price is nothing.
