Notary services offer independent verification for legal documents. A notary public acts as a third party to verify certain legal documents for official recognition.
Some of their services include notarizing documents such as affidavits, deed of trust, compliance agreement, power of attorney, rental agreement, verification of student enrollment, and more.
To utilize such services, you need a notary public. You can find notary publics at many locations in your community.
